sunday morning...
Our band in church is so cool. we practiced from 3-7 pm and it was so fun.
At first it was kind of boring because we weren’t doing anything but tuning for the first 2 hours. But in the end we started and it was fun.The guys were dancing around crazily. Hehe. our band is cool. today was our performance. we prayed before the performance and in it we said that if possible they would see God in us not us on stage. it was fun!!! The crowd was awesome! They really were alive today :) Thank you Lord! Its so sad that Tippy wasn’t there because she has DENGUE!!! AHHHH!!! I feel for her. She doesn’t deserve it. I hope that she gets better! I love you Tippy!

My cousin gave a testimonial today about his realizations in France and here when he was on a mission trip. He said that it doesn’t matter if your in France. It matters that your willing to share the gospel anywhere in the world. I think that that’s important. I’m sad for pastors from the Philippines who go to the US to be missionaries. But I think the Philippines needs them more. I really don’t understand how they can abandon their own country which is now a spiritual wasteland. HAAAY!!!

I made a new friend. I’ sorry but its really a big deal for me. I’m a social person, I love having new friends. His name is Josh from Faith Academy. A friend of my cousin. Its amazing that all of my cousins friends are quiet and my cousin is the noisiest one EVER! Haha. But when it comes to Daniel, his friends are CRAZY! Literally. :) Its funny when Josh and my cousin Ian talks. They talk about games all the time and I’m here staring into the abyss. Haha. Boytalk as I call it. I love my friends. Haha.

Can you keep a secret? I have a new CRUSH! Look DOWN!

His name is Cillian Murphy. You might also know him as "scarecrow" IN Batman Begins... :)

hmmm....
me and my busmates are really wierd...

we play riddles ALL the time...its like a hobby....

plus we have a new game...

I guess its called "imagine"...

we buy a bag of moby caramel stuffs...

we then get a pop each and imagine what it is...

a while ago we got a whale, a dog, a monster, a lawnmower....

hmmm....at the start it was hard for me to imagine and then i realized, is this what the world has come to..where when you see a cloud all you see is a cloud...when you see a rock all it is is a rock? I realized that when you start to stop imagining it is VERY alarming...thank god i stopped myself just in time...at first i saw a caramel puff then little by little maybe you'll get a lawnmower...

keep on imagining...

Despite the economic, social, political and all the other problems we have in the country today you sometimes see glimmers of hope in the most unlikely places. Try to ride the train once in a while and despite the disgusting smells of sweat, dirt and grime all mixed up you will see that in some corner of the train, men (take note: MEN!) actually stand up and use your seats. Believe me, after a long and stressful day your tired and depressed and a stranger gives you his chair, it really makes your day.

Ride a jeepney. NOW. Just kidding. Or just look out the window. Notice anything? Okay, count how many people are smiling a genuine smile (not that crazy cynical smile) for about 5 minutes. Maybe you will see about 4-5 people and they might be a barkada or a couple. Yup, the world needs more smiles. Everytime I see a person smile it kind of makes your heart a bit lighter. Even just a little bit. In our situation today we all need more smiles and laughter. And oh yeah, remember to smile and maybe that would cheer up somebody. You never know.

I went to my old school today. I just came near the doors and the guard remembered me and asked if I had an ID. Duh, I didn’t but he was a kind guy so he let me in (thank you!). When I came to my barkada’s classroom it went from normal to pandemonium of stampeding mental hippopotamus’s…hehe…I swear. Everyone was screaming “CAMILLE!!!”. I swear. I think that day I said “hi” about 87 times. When I went up to the 3rd years they greeted me well. Of course some of the guys were expecting me to bring one of the hot girls in my school…. : ) I was so happy to see Ramzie again! I think half of my 3rd yr friends have gone *metrosexual overnight (*note: Metrosexual- a term for guys who aren’t gay but just have to be super clean, good smelling and looking good all the time. In other terms they have a lifetime supply of Ponds facial cleanser and cologne). It was fun to see my guy friends again!!! I saw the 4th years and they were crazy too. Seeing mikko again was so fun!!! Haha… I talked to Ms. Evangelista for 30 min and we were talking about JREV, shawarma, school, students, etc, etc, etc…. I miss you Ms. E!!! Sir Tan is a flirt as I have recently discovered. Haha… I saw Pia and Sarah (2 of my very best friends in the universe). I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!! I was so happy cuz everybody saw me and greeted me and talked to me. Haha… I felt loved…
